Our OCR and AI-powered data extraction aim for high accuracy, but we cannot guarantee error-free results. Extracted or interpreted data may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying all information before relying on it for any decision or report.

3. Data Processing and Privacy

Uploaded receipts and images are processed temporarily to extract text and relevant details. We do not permanently store, share, or sell your data. Uploaded files are deleted after the session ends in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Mobile App Permissions

The SnapExpense mobile app may request access to your device’s camera, gallery, or file system solely for receipt scanning and import. All processing occurs securely through our API. Files saved locally on your device remain under your control and responsibility.
